This workshop is designed to provide you with detailed information on the Software Compliance Audit process life cycle: initiation, data collection, analytics, reporting, due-diligence, and subsequent process improvement recommendations; while developing the framework to manage licenses through a Software Asset Management program.

The start time has been adjusted to give European attandees the opportunity to study in three evenings in a row of two hours. This training is the basis of the Microsoft SAM Baseline and Assesment course which runs once a year for Large Account Resellers. The training will start at 14:30 (CET: Amsterdam-Paris-Rome) - 8:30 (EST: Washington DC).

Participants will also receive a personilized syllabus in PDF format that can also be used as a textbook to support the actual course. The course material is up to date and offers unique and recognizable cases and exercises which can be used in your daily practise.

Cancellation

If you are unexpectedly absent, you can be replaced by a colleague. Alternatively, to three working days before the start of changing the date on which you participate. All payments must be in before the start of the course received. Written cancellation is possible until 30 days before the start of the course. For all the changes is $ 100 for administrative costs applicable, excluding VAT.
