Deze zelfstandige ICT-ers hadden het doel om een landelijke multidisciplinaire organisatie op te bouwen voor en door freelancers. Samenwerking, innovatie en gezamenlijk succes staan hierin centraal.
Een organisatie wordt gevormd door de mensen die er werken, van directie tot de werkvloer ieder draagt zijn steentje bij aan de groei, reputatie en het succes van de gehele organisatie.

Why has LogicQ a Code of Quality?
The Code also provides principles for a professional attitude and healthy cooperation between all LogicQ Professionals. At the start of the membership, every LogicQ commits to the principles of our Professional Code. It forms the DNA of our organization and contributes to a positive culture within our network organization.
Through this LogicQ code, those who subscribe to it are thus provided with a standard for quality in professional and personal conduct. Moreover, it is important for clients and partners to know what we strive for as consultants and experts.
Wat betekent dit voor deelnemers?
These behavioral characteristics carry universal values and provide criteria for determining desirable behavior for each Associate or Partner within LogicQ. For LogicQ professionals, the LogicQ Code is the standard for quality in professional conduct and personal conduct. These provisions are also applicable to any associate within LogicQ; both Trainee, Member and Partner of LogicQ.
It is not that you have to comply 100% to become a LogicQ Consultant, but it is an important guideline for everyone's personal development. Continued violations may lead to the termination of further cooperation between the parties.
What does it mean for employers?
For clients, the code is important to know that a LogicQ Consultant has committed to the consensus with regard to professional conduct and may be held accountable for this. The LogicQ code aims to provide clarity and insight into the position and attitude of professional LogicQ Associates.
It is important for clients to know that a LogicQ Associé has a Professional Code and that the Associés working for them have committed themselves to this. They may therefore also be held accountable for their professional conduct.
Quality
The Q in LogicQ stands for quality. In the exercise of his profession, every Associate observes the care that befits a contractor and behaves in a way that promotes trust in LogicQ Co-operative Consultants.
The LogicQ Associé focuses on the interests of the customer organization when fulfilling the assignment and refrains from anything that could damage the prestige and reputation of LogicQ in any way.
Honest
The Associés maintain a general secrecy regarding sensitive and/or qualified subjects. The LogicQ Associé guards against conflicts of interest. The LogicQ Associé therefore never represents conflicting interests.
The LogicQ Associé respects the privacy of colleagues inside and outside LogicQ and acts in the spirit of the applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within Europe.
Devoted
The LogicQ Associé adheres to the law, the regulations of the client and the LogicQ Code in the exercise of its profession. The LogicQ Associé only accepts assignments for which he demonstrably possesses the necessary competences.
The LogicQ Associé will not withdraw from an assignment and will complete what has been agreed in advance, unless this is not possible due to special circumstances that impede the proper execution of the assignment.
Expert
The LogicQ Associé considers it self-evident and necessary to continue to develop. Our Professionals stay abreast of developments within the field and follow relevant market developments.
Between assignments, the LogicQ Associé will further develop and prepare for the next assignment via the Talent Development Plan or following a training course in the professional sphere via, for example, LogicQ Learning.
Independent
The LogicQ Associé is loyal to the organization of the client in which he works, while fully retaining his professional independence.
The LogicQ Associé will never accept a fee for obtaining a position for or by an employee of the organization. The LogicQ Associé will not accept or terminate the assignment if the client pursues illegal objectives.
Collegiate
A LogicQ Associé has a collegial attitude towards his fellow LogicQ Associés and within the teams of the clients. In addition, it is a natural fact to inspire each other and to take care of everyone's well-being and well-being.
The LogicQ organization is based on mutual trust and requires an open attitude towards everyone who participates in the organization. A LogicQ Associate is in solidarity with her colleagues and society.
